Broken Sanyo Xacti

Sanyo Xacti broken Help Please?

There are about 2 months, I had a brand new Sanyo Xacti Amazon this::: http://www.amazon.com/Sanyo-VPC-CG10-Memory-Camcorder-Optical/dp/B001Q3M986/ ref = sr_1_10? ie = UTF8 & s = photo & qid = 1263059573 & sr = 1-10 The problem is with the lens cap when you put on it is difficult to out, but today I went off and the whole front of the device came apart and will not click together again, it seems that you can push together if you hold up while doing it, but when I'm just behind the other, has anyone ever had this problem? Offered Sanyo to help? Im not sure where to get help from them.

I contacted Sanyo 818-998-7322 and see if there is something they can do. If there is no guarantee, I hope you're covered.
