Camera Kit Black
Unfortunately there is no one answer to that. There really enormously varied. Many photographers I know demand later DSLR fastest and to the extent they are concerned, nothing else will do. But this is not how we have worked a few years ago. High speed auto focus is relatively new and that some photographers are rebelling against the company and paying a small fortune lenses designed with manual focus in mind, as they always were.
It was not so long ago, they told me by many professional photographers that digital could never compete with the cinema and was therefore a waste of time. At that time I had a Mamiya 120 film camera roll and an Olympus digital start of the camera bag. I ignored the advice of these photographers, who said he there was no future in digital pictures and showed my clients and potential clients. At the time there was a bit of an argument going on and photographers were so many write about the digital quality is not nearly as good as the film. When I asked if I wanted to draw on their own wedding digitally or on film, I said that was their choice and showed them the results of my work side cameras by both sides. 100% chose 4-megapixel digital medium format film. I never looked back. Curiously I recently found myself defending friends who chose to stay with film. What they do works for them and while I would not Do it myself, I can see why it is good for some business models and some photographers. Digital is not necessarily easier or cheaper than the cinema.
My personal opinion regarding cameras will most mid and end DSLRs top are more than capable of providing you the tool Base to photograph a wedding. I do not want to talk right now about what you need to know to successfully photograph a wedding because this subject is not one trial. The short version is a few good seasons of wedding photography. Then there is the processing, digital imaging, design reviews, the presentation Promotion Service of marriage. The book will come later.
So let's just do this and pretend that are actually gray and black and white I'll talk a little about my personal preferences now and how I would build a camera bag from scratch, so I just had the money and my knowledge but not the big stack of equipment that I wear now. I guess for this scenario to work, we consider a kind of event where my camera bags and kit is burned and I have an insurance application again. The idea fills me with dread, but if it has I was, here's what I'd probably do:
First get a hammer and batteries Flashgun – Metz or Quantum
Then a camera bags little – great for lugging kit around a whole day together, like a Lowepro Commercial AW or similar. Also a smart backpack, as Bilingham or a Lowepro and then also well padded binders, such as the Billingham Hadley or a type of Tamrac shoulder.
Tripod and Monopod in Manfrotto. A very big tripod, a standard and a monopod.
All the above is fairly obvious, but now it stars to get complicated.
Lentils. I like a variety, from fisheye to about 300mm, a macro and a Lensbaby for fun. I would not necessarily each lens with me to every job. It will vary depending on what the site offers. The macro is unlikely to be with me in the evening. There is a strong argument for prime lenses, but lenses are heavy and we must think about what use you can After carrying several of them, so maybe a prime lens for photography in low light and differential short, make the macro a prime number and also the focus fisheye and then the rest on the zoom or we'll be like a camel broken.
I am personally very keen on new 18-200mm zoom. When you work quickly, you can do the same with one of them. You can be in a small area to organize a group photo family to the 18mm end but then if you are waiting for someone to complete the group, you can make head shots of each with the same lens zoom to 200, while you're waiting.
Case: Whatever works. A beautiful thing that fits in the foregoing, speak politely to my Flashgun and has a feel to it.
Then, some cards – probably CF Professional range with some good reviews, software Rescue and a hotline 24 hours.
After that, it's really just toys. I am especially fond of remote controls and autometers yet. I also have a silent high-end snap-shot and between AUTOMETER and camera noise, we made some pretty good pictures in churches where the photos during the service are not allowed on the basis of clicking and flashing can be a distraction. Since the camera flashes silent or no clicks, we believe that we do well by the Church and the couple as they get a good record of events, where they announced that there would be no.
