Best digital camera that works better at night without using the flash "" & incandescent / fluorescent lamps?

what digital camera that you can recommend, (it – is not heavy and thin) when you take pictures at night, even if you do the flash .. and if you use the zoom button as well .. and works well with incandescent and fluorescent lamps? Some of the photos I took, even with the flash, shows that it is very "dark and fuzzy, even using the flash. can also suggest

Unfortunately, digital cameras are poorly adapted to take available light (without flash) photographs (in fact, they do not take very good pictures with flash either). They have lenses slow (usually f3.5 or f4.6) and little tiny sensors. If you increase the ISO sensitivity high enough to get a hand held camera, even with the image stabilization, digital noise makes the image almost useless. Take pictures under incandescent or fluorescent lamps requires a change your white balance. About the only non-SLR cameras that could work for you that I can think of is the Canon G9 – and this is certainly not small. Remember, digital cameras are not "magic" – they operate under the same constraints for a good exposure as my beloved 35mm film.
