Digital cameras and digital SLR?

What is the difference between the camera and digital camera DSLR? What are the benefits of more Dslr digital camera? Please share your experience. Thanks Thanks Tony for all responses. By comparing the photos and Digital Slr Camera, what we can find differences?

DSLR stands for Digital Single Lens Reflex camera. The main feature is the mirror box, which is a mirror opposite of the image sensor, which reflects the image in the viewfinder. When you take a photo, the mirror opens to expose the sensor to light. However, there are many other features common to digital SLR cameras, including image sensor which is 10x more than point and shoot cameras, which in much lower noise, a better performance in low light, interchangeable lenses etc. for potential shooting almost unlimited. rupture rate is faster than cameras S & P (usually at least 3 fps, up to about 10fps) Compatible with most flash units and other shooting accessories. Bigger and more comfortable to hold. and much more. Disadvantages of SLR are much heavier, larger, more expensive. Generally no video mode (Only the Canon 5D Mark II and Nikon D90 can take video.)
