My gear shift broken?

I have a 2004 Kia Rio (Auto), and today as I tried to park to go home, I noticed my car is rolling backwards. So needless to say that my change of speed or anything called burst. The upper part of it is drawing, and everything is twisting in both directions. How can I fix this? How much does it cost to repair? Can I still drive and it will be even worse. Do you know if changes in speed are covered by warranty Kia? PS. I always use my brake parking, so I'm not worried about it. And I'm under 25 so if it takes several days to repair it are companies that rent cars someone my age. 22 years
