Nikon D40 or Sony A200? HELP ME PLEASE?
Hi I have asked this question several times and am having problems choice, I like the Nikon D40 a lot because I generally like Nikon, but some of the reviews put me off. i like the Sony Due to the mega-pixels, but it is Bout It I'm sure some critics because apparently the kit lens is not the best among both of them, they both have advantages and disadvantages such as the Sony build quality is apparent in plastic and "creaky" the light of the viewfinder of the kit lens, the Nikon D40 mega pixels the features i want honest answers that we have the best quality money for photos of construction quality characteristics, so please help and answer as honest as you can
I am not familiar with the A200 except for reading reviews, but my friend has a Nikon D40 and I used several times. The Nikon D40 is a device very pleasant and very inexpensive. The only real problem he has is that it will not autofocus with older lenses. Frankly, if you want to upgrade in the future, I recommend Nikon because it is generally a better brand. Another camera you may want to consider is the Canon Rebel XS, which has a live view function. The three cameras are cheap, so the price is not really a problem. You may think that the 6 megapixel D40 is a disadvantage, but the photos are actually pretty good. The important thing is the pixel: sensor area ratio, density pixel is much higher (nearly 1 megapixel) on the D40 than the A200.
